We create “the game of life:” “work” is replaced by “missions. When players complete their missions, they receive a certificate of completion. The more certificates a player obtains, the more valuable they become. As a result, they also amass wealth outside the festival.

This visual aid offers an in-depth look at the dynamics of human emotions and experiences. It illustrates how we feel truly happy only 2% of the time, such as on special occasions when we are euphoric. This is followed by a period of pleasure to transition into neutrality, followed by more difficult moments of negativity that occupy about 2% of our time. This cycle emphasizes balance in life and the importance of accepting and experiencing all emotions. The frequency of intense emotions determines how quickly time seems to pass, with peak moments of intensity making time pass faster and neutral periods slowing time.
